In the first photo, the Harts are holding their 3 trophies. As you look at the photo, Derek is holding the cup for the best Jersey Petanque Club team in the Open. The middle trophy is for the winning team in the JPC Open and the trophy held by Joy is for the best Channel Island team in the JPC Open.
They also got plaques and medals for the best Channel Island team and the best JPC team as well as glass tumblers to commemorate their winning the JPC Open.
"Harty Congratulations" - a fantastic achievement considering the opposition, I'm sure you'll all agree.
Chris Romeril had to leave before the presentation but managed to just "pop his head in" !!!
